**Designation - Electrical Estimator**

**Location - Baner**

**Experience - 5 yrs**

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of complete labor and material estimates for large commercial electrical projects; Prepare bills of material and other information for use by purchasing
- Strong Verbal, Written and Computer Skills; MS Word, Excel.
- Depth of knowledge with a wide variety electrical materials and methods of installation; Knowledge of the N.E.C. and local codes; Able to do basic circuitry for power and lighting and layout on drawings; Understands fire alarm system wiring methods and layout on drawings.
- Understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of design as they relate to the electrical work.
- Prepare and coordinate full cost estimates for design-building and bid-spec work
- Review proposal specifics and drawings to determine the scope of work and required estimate contents.
- Ensure that quotes prepared are of high accuracy and reliability
- Provide details that allow estimates.
- experience using cost estimating software with a strong preference for Sage Timberline.
- Four years estimating experience Advanced planning, analytical and computer skills
- Experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Demonstrated advanced understanding of Electrical Estimating core processes requiring mínimal direction and supervision.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, procedures and standards
- Experience estimating manufacturing facilities is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
