**Position **CFO ( Chief Financial Officer )

**Qualification - **Qualified - CA

**Experience - **15 - 20 Years.

**Location - **Kolkata

**Salary - **As per the Industry Standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Coordinating & developing of annual operating, capital, and program budgets
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
- Develop and implement best practices and tools to smooth work done
- Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
- Balance Sheet finalization.
- Report preparation as when required by the company.
- Taxations
- Banking ( Loans, Credit etc. )

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
