As an Audit Associate, you will play a critical role in the assurance and financial reporting process of the organization. You will work under the supervision of experienced auditors and managers to examine and verify financial records, assess internal controls, and provide valuable insights to clients or your organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and the maintenance of financial integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **General Ledger Management**: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- **Month-end and Year-end Closing**: Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Collaborate with clients to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and client-specific financial policies.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Preferred professional qualifications: CA, CPA, CA Inter.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
