**Job Description: US Recruiter (Night Shifts Only)**

**Location: Coimbatore, India**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, negotiating salary packages, and extending job offers.
- Stay updated on US recruitment trends, compliance requirements, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of US job boards, sourcing techniques, and employment regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work **night shifts** exclusively (aligned to US time zones).
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
