**Job Title**: IT Project Coordinator Intern

**Location**: Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura

**Duration**: 6 Months

**Role Overview**:
As an IT Project Coordinator Intern, you will support our IT project management team by assisting with the coordination and execution of various IT projects. You will gain hands-on experience in project management and IT operations, working closely with experienced professionals to ensure project success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Support**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Coordination**: Schedule and organize project meetings, track project milestones, and ensure timely communication between team members.
- **Communication**: Act as a point of contact for project-related queries and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing solutions. Prepare and present regular project status reports.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative tasks related to project management, such as updating project management tools and databases.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and basic understanding of IT concepts and terminologies.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
