**Role Overview**:
The Project Coordinator/Manager plays a pivotal role in collaborating with business analysts, clients, and senior management to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive project goals and maintain client satisfaction.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Project Manager and clients, managing end-to-end client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables by the team members.
- Conduct meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring day-to-day productivity, shrinkage, and efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Assist in developing work efficiency and objectives for the team.
- Mentor employees and team members, aiming to increase the quality of work.
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for company management.
- Foster a positive working environment to inspire the team and reduce attrition and shrinkage.
- Participate in Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with clients and internal teams for work discussions and performance reviews.
- Share meeting minutes with management to keep them informed about project progress.
- Utilize various client tools to assist with customer requests.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with time management.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to internal management.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests.
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
- Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
