**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Capture & Editing**:

- Record high-quality wedding footage and oversee video editing to enhance quality and storytelling.
- Adjust lighting, color balance, and exposure for a consistent and polished look across all footage.
- Retouch videos to remove imperfections, refine visuals, and enhance clarity.
- **Creative Editing & Effects**:

- Incorporate the couple’s style preferences and overall artistic vision into the final product.
- Develop highlight reels, music montages, and full-length wedding videos that reflect industry standards and trends.
- **Collaboration & Delivery**:

- Work closely with the videography team to understand style, preferences, and timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of video products to clients and maintain a well-organized archive of digital footage.
- **Quality Assurance & Innovation**:

- Stay current on industry trends and editing techniques to bring fresh ideas and high standards to each project.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years in wedding videography or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **DaVinci Resolve**, **Adobe Premiere Pro**, and **Adobe After Effects**.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, color grading, and storytelling skills.
- **Communication & Collaboration**: Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work on tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **DaVinci Resolve**, and other editing software.
- Strong storytelling and creativity in video editing.
- Knowledge of various videography styles and techniques in the wedding industry.
