The Con Artists is a leading wedding photography and videography studio dedicated to creating cinematic and emotional films that preserve the magic of our clients' special days. We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Film Editor to join our team and bring our footage to life through compelling storytelling and professional editing techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw wedding footage into cinematic, high-quality films and highlight reels.
- Enhance video quality through color grading, stabilization, and special effects while maintaining a natural, elegant look.
- Sync video footage with audio, including speeches, vows, and music tracks.
- Incorporate transitions, overlays, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
- Work closely with videographers to ensure the final product aligns with the studio’s style and vision.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Maintain an organized workflow, including file management and archiving completed projects.

**Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills**
- **Video Editing Software Expertise**: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Audio Editing**: Ability to clean and enhance audio tracks, including noise reduction and syncing.
- **Color Grading**: Strong understanding of color theory to create consistent and visually appealing aesthetics.
- **Video Stabilization and Correction**: Skills in correcting shaky footage or lens distortions.

**Creative Skills**
- **Storytelling**: Ability to craft emotional and engaging narratives that capture the essence of the wedding day.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring every frame is polished and transitions are seamless.
- **Aesthetic Sense**: Understanding of wedding film styles, including cinematic, documentary, and traditional approaches.
