- 682303**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Work independently to deliver detailed designs and components to agile development teams and refine as necessary during product sprints.
- Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development.
- Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Should have experience on end to end user centric and creative design.
- Having UX/UI Design Certification is a plus.
- Experience with mobile and/or web-based design.
- Portfolio of design projects
- Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
- A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing design to high levels of detail.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional listening, collaborative, and organizational skills.
- Good time-management skills;

**Education & Experience:
- 4 - 8 Years experience in a similar function
- Degree or B.Tech
