Billing Assistant Reporting to Sales Coordinator Location Victory Polychem Private Limited, Bhare, Pirangut (Travel as required PAN India) **Position Description** **Work Description** ERP system work Create an account in ERP for new customer with accurate information Make Delivery Note Make A/R invoices, Make Digital Signature Invoice Make Credit Note / Credit Invoice Co-ordination / Communication with the customer Review of customer’s purchase orders New Vendor form Communicate the required information to the customer. Related to Invoice Make e way bill Make ASN (as per customers requirement ) Make e-INVOICE Data Maintain Maintain files of Triplicate copies & Acknowledgement copies Maintain ISO documents New customer list Maintaining Accuracy & timeliness by doing all steps for completion of A/R invoice making. Continuous Process Improvement 10 DSIs per month 1 RCA per month **Relevant Experience**: 1-2+ Years **Educational requirements**: B.Com./M.Com Other Requirements Should have his own two wheeler. **Required Skills and Experience: -** 1. SAP/ERP system exposure and experience 2. Commercially aware 3. Good in written and verbal skills 4. Excellent excel skills 5. Good in organizational and follow-up skills **Desired Behaviors -** 1. Attention to detail 2.
