**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for dispatch.
- Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and internal departments (sales, warehouse, etc.) for smooth order execution.
- Track shipments and update customers or relevant departments on delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports accurately for audit and compliance purposes.
- Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards related to logistics and transportation.
- Support in route planning and vehicle optimization to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure that goods are packed and labeled correctly before dispatch.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
- Familiarity with shipping/transportation documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics/ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setup).
- Experience with dispatch in FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
