Position : Telecaller

Location : Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to vendors, suppliers, and clients for procurement and commercial transactions.
Identify and onboard new vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, order confirmations, and deliveries.
Maintain and update purchase records in Excel.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to procurement and commercial operations.
Support the purchase team in coordinating with internal departments for material requirements.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid project delays.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or purchase coordination is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement, purchase processes, and vendor management.
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to multitask and handle purchase and tele calling responsibilities efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
