**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our team. The Telecaller will play a pivotal role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales or service targets. You will act as the voice of the company, effectively communicating with prospective and existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make a specified number of calls daily to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify opportunities for business growth and record potential customer details.
- **Customer Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with leads or existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information and call records.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree (Graduation) in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**: [0-6 months] of tele calling, customer service, or Fresher also preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication in English.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM systems.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work in night shift.
