Job Title: BPO Executive - International Voice Process (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Mumbai, India (Remote)

**Salary**: ₹5,000 Fixed + ₹3,000 Incentive

**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients in a professional manner.

Provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer queries and issues.

Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).Achieve performance metrics and targets including customer satisfaction and call handling times.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.

Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily/weekly goals.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO with international voice process.

Experience working in a call center environment.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.

Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.

Based in Mumbai with a stable internet connection and a suitable workspace.Ability to work part-time hours, with flexible shifts.

Salary & Benefits:
₹5,000 Fixed Salary per month.

₹3,000 Incentive based on performance.
