Cost Management: To minimize travel expenses for the company. It include negotiating with vendors to obtain the best prices on travel-related services, tracking and reporting on travel-related expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures, such as travel policies and guidelines.

Travel Efficiency: It include ensuring that all travel arrangements are made in a timely manner, monitoring travel schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity, and optimizing travel routes to reduce travel time and costs.

Customer Satisfaction: In-house travel agents may also be responsible for managing the travel arrangements and experiences of employees within the organization. KRAs for customer satisfaction might include ensuring that employees are provided with high-quality travel services, addressing any complaints or issues that arise during travel, and providing ongoing support and assistance to employees before, during, and after their trips.

Compliance: Compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and other relevant laws is critical for an in-house travel agent. It include ensuring that all travel-related expenses are in compliance with company policy, monitoring travel-related risks and ensuring that travel-related activities are carried out in a safe and secure manner, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date travel records.

Data Analysis: In-house travel agents may also be responsible for analyzing travel-related data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. It include analyzing travel expenses, identifying areas where travel costs can be reduced, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
