**Responsibilities**:

- Understands and delivers outstanding customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their travels.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, airline and hotel offerings, and other travel-related products and services.
- Provide travel itineraries and packages based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all travel plans to deliver seamless experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel partners.

**Required Skills**:

- A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests, owners.
- Proven experience in a travel agency or tour operator, with a track record of successful sales and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including travel destinations, products, and services.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
