**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:_
- Develop high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animated graphics, and video content.
- Conceptualize and execute compelling designs for social media posts, reels, and ads, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- **Video Editing**:_
- Edit and enhance video content for various purposes, including social media campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and transitions to create engaging and shareable video content.
- **Collaboration**:_
- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for visual content.
- **Brand Consistency**:_
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Uphold and maintain brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
- **Social Media Optimization**:_
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media design and video content to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Optimize designs for various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
- **Project Management**:_
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Effectively communicate project progress and collaborate with team members to address feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing and social media design.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
