**Job Title - Graphic Designer**

**CTC - 3-4.5 LPA**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce high-quality graphics and illustrations for a variety of media platforms.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline.
- Use design software and work with a wide variety of media.
- Retouch and manipulate images.
- Collaborate with the Design Manager to develop design concepts.
- Receive feedback from Design Manager and make necessary changes.
- Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are modern and innovative.

**Skills required**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Understanding of branding and visual identity development
- Strong graphics and illustration skills and the ability to create original artwork
- Understanding of design principles including layout, color theory, and typography
- Microsoft Office
