Program Interns

**Position Summary**:Our company is looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our Operations Team as an Interns. Interns will be responsible for implementing projects, tracking metrics, collecting feedback from teachers and students, and supporting the overall functioning of Operations.

**Key responsibilities **include, but are not limited to:

- Be the part of multiple WhatsApp groups for assigned schools and engage with students for online learning.
- Regular field visits to designated schools for students and teachers’ engagement, observation and implementation of the project.
- Actively track engagement and learning metrics to ensure students are on track to achieve their learning outcomes.
- Set up feedback mechanisms with teachers and students and collect feedback to gauge success and suggest improvements.
- Capture success stories and learning of the program.
- Identifying a student’s requirements and needs. One on One interaction with students.
- Providing information/data with students and teachers about participation and results regularly.
- Building a healthy relationship with Students and teachers.
- Resolving students’ complaints and queries with maintaining calm and professionalism. -Maintaining students' interaction records for future reference. Following up with the students as and when required.

➔ Experience: 0-1 year of work experience

**Salary Details**:Commensurate with experience

**Location**:Gujarat

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
