Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company club, ensuring smooth scheduling and organization of events and activities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute social, cultural, and recreational events for members
  • Develop and maintain the clubs annual calendar, budget, and performance metrics
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging community atmosphere for all employees
  • Oversee membership management, including onboarding, renewals, and communications
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Marketing, Facilities, etc.) to support company culture initiatives
  • Supervise club staff or coordinators, providing leadership and performance feedback
  • Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Monitor member feedback and continuously improve programs and services
