We are looking to hire one more Accounts Executive (Non Shipping also will be fine), JD and prerequisites below:

- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General ledger.
- Update and mark daily receipts and payments into Accounting system.
- Coordinate/assist on scheduled/ad-hoc payments.
- Daily/Monthly Bank and other reconciliations.
- Verify new vendor banking details over the phone.
- Update monthly Balance sheet schedules.
- Update monthly cashflow in Accounting system.
- Monthly Intercompany confirmation and billing (if any).
- Assist with month-end closing entries and year-end closing/audit.
- Any other ad-hoc work assigned.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting; relevant working experience of at least 2 years is preferred, good communication skills.
