**Accounts Executive
- Integr8 fuels India Pvt Ltd.**

**Location -**Mumbai (Dubai process)

Experience
- 2 to 5 years.

**Responsibilities**
- Invoicing
- Trading activities
- Commission Invoicing/ Interest Invoicing
- GDL Invoicing
- Request invoices & BDN (Bunker Delivery Note) from supplier, agency cost from agents.
- Verify and update external brokerage commission invoices in trading system
- Send reminders to suppliers and traders to chase for documents/clarify stem details.
- Convert stems to delivered, verify supplier invoices and raise customers invoices.
- Send SOAs to customers, upload invoices into customer’s portal.
- Send original BDNs/invoices per customers’ requests
- Create and check Vendor and Customer registration forms.
- Raise other invoices such as Proforma/CIA (Cash in Advance), Commission, Interest as well as credit notes
- Support on month-end closing activities.
- Request payment confirmation from supplier and share the same with customer.
- Follow
- up with customers for outstanding payments & PO copy.
- Assist in new Vendor Registration
- Assist in extraction of documents for statutory audit and bank queries
- Back-up for colleagues handling invoicing for other geographical regions: Asia, Australia, Europe, America.
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Required Skills**:

- Good Communication (Verbal written both)
- Meticulous
- Organized
