**Job Description - Supply Chain Associate**

**Location: Ahmedabad**

**Department: Supply Chain**

**No. of Openings: 1**

**Job Overview: We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate who is responsible for managing and organizing all domestic and export sales coordination, documents, back-office functions, and supply chain management for a product-based company.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Responsible for Inventory management, Inward, and Outward.**
- **Processing orders from online (e-commerce portal) and offline.**
- **Parcel booking and shipping products to customers and overall supply chain management**
- **Manage, track, and prepare delivery, and spare inventory orders; handle any return-for-credit process and manage the inventory reconciliation process**
- **Responsible for maintaining the Database, and MS Office Excel or PowerPoint reports and documents**
- **To ensure that No material coming from Production should be accepted in the Packing department without a “QUALITY CHECKED AND OKAYED” slip**
- **To facilitate that customer gets the on time in full delivery with zero defects**

**Education: Graduate Preferred**

**Skills**:

- **Knowledge of packing and labeling process**
- **Good English Communication (Written/Verbal)**
- **Providing office support services and other miscellaneous Work.**
- **Receiving and making phone calls.**
- **Preparing and maintaining MIS**

**Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month**
