**2. Retail Tools & Product Expertise**:

- Gain hands-on experience with retail tools, POS systems, and inventory management solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging retail technologies, and best practices.
- Assist in providing product recommendations to clients based on their operational needs.

**3.Working Together & Supporting the Brand**
- Everyone in the team moves in the same direction
- All team members understand and follow the company’s goals
- Everyone helps to build a good name for the brand
- Actions and messages from the team match the company’s values

**2. Selling and Handling Deals**

- Use tools like Zoho CRM and Route IQ
- Help customers even after the sale

**4. Knowing the Product and Market**
- Understand what the product does
- Know what other companies are offering

**5.Market Knowledge**:

- Have a basic idea of online marketing and shopping websites

**6. Managing Time and Work**
- Work on the most important tasks first
- Finish work on time and meet goals
- Stay focused and work without being pushed
