**Responsibilities**
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Review the stored data for discrepancies and take corrective measures, if possible.
- Research and investigate for further information if documents are found to be incomplete.
- Generate final reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
- Maintain professional confidentiality and attend queries for information and access to relevant files.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in data entry, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
- Ability to use MS office and analytical data programs.
- Ability to work with office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 1 month
