**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- **Meet with clients**: Understand the client's needs and budget, and discuss their vision for the project
- **Prepare estimates**: Provide preliminary estimates for construction time and cost
- **Create design concepts**: Develop a design concept that meets the client's requirements
- **Draw plans**: Create scaled drawings by hand or with computer software
- **Prepare specifications**: Create specifications for the structure
- **Prepare contract documents**: Create contract documents for building contractors
- **Manage contracts**: Manage construction contracts
- **Visit worksites**: Ensure that construction adheres to the architectural plans
- **Market and give presentations**: Seek new work by marketing and giving presentations
- **Modify designs**: Modify designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity

**Qualification:

- Any Graduate in Architecture**

**Experience:

- Min 5 yrs in Construction**

**Salary:

- 50k-70k**

**Location:

- Noida**

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
