**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented fresher** to join our real estate backend operations team. This role is ideal for someone with **basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel**, and a willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry and maintaining property records
- Preparing and updating Excel sheets and reports
- Coordinating with field staff for document collection
- Maintaining office files and records systematically
- Assisting the team with day-to-day backend operations

**Requirements**:

- Fresher (0-1 year experience welcome)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently
