Behavioural Therapist

We are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavioural Therapists to work with children, presenting with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other behavioural or developmental concerns. You will implement evidence-based strategies and work closely with parents and professionals to drive positive behavioural outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.
Conduct behavioural assessments using structured observation and standardized tools.
Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) based on the child's needs.
Implement behaviour therapy techniques (e.g., ABA, positive reinforcement, social skills training).
Track and document child progress regularly.
Collaborate with speech, occupational therapists, and developmental paediatricians.
Counsel and train parents on behavioural techniques for home reinforcement.
Contribute to therapy planning, progress meetings, and case discussions.
Assist in parent education and awareness programs.
Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or related field.
Certification in ABA or behavioural therapy (preferred) 1-5 years of experience working with children with behavioural or development problems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
