**WE ARE HIRING A**

**Behavior Therapist - BT**
- RCI registered Clinical Psychologists or Rehabilitation Psychologist.
- Child Therapists with training and experience in **Behavior Therapy**

Minimum of 2 year of prior experience is required.

**ROLES and Responsibilities**:

- Conducting assessments and setting **participation** based goals for the child and family.
- Creating behavior intervention plans using **evidence-based and play-based**strategies.
- Incorporating principles of **family-centered** care and **strengths based approaches** during therapy.
- Collaborating with other members of our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders at home/school, suggesting environmental modifications to support the family.
