**Job Title**:GDS Operator

**Experience**:3 yrs

A **GDS **(Global Distribution System) operator is responsible for managing and operating computerized reservation systems used in the travel and tourism industry.

Their job is to ensure that travel agents and other industry professionals have access to accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, availability, fares, and other travel-related information.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Managing the GDS system and ensuring its smooth operation.

2) Entering and updating travel-related data such as flight schedules, hotel availability, and car rentals.

3) Assisting customers with booking travel arrangements and resolving any issues that may arise.

4) Ensuring that all bookings and transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

5) Collaborating with airlines, hotels, and other travel industry partners to provide the best possible travel experience for customers.

6) Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes to GDS systems and technology.

7) Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of the travel industry and GDS systems is essential.

Good communication and customer service skills are also important.

**Location**:Near Charminar

**Remote Location **:WFH

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
