GeMTech PARAS Solutions Private Limited is a specialized business consultancy firm, focusing on utilizing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Their services include GeM portal registration, OEM vendor assessment, product and service listing, tender management, advanced analytics, and category creation support.

Their main goal is to assist individuals and organizations in efficiently selling their products and services to the Government of India. GeMTech PARAS Solutions' services help businesses increase their visibility to government buyers, optimize participation in government tenders, and simplify the government procurement process. Additionally, they offer training workshops to acquaint clients with the GeM portal, a digital platform facilitating government procurement in India.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**BID MANAGEMENT**
- Ensure real-time communication with the client regarding GeM Portal updates.
- Identify and share relevant tenders from GeM Portal with clients.
- Prepare and submit tender documents before the due date by uploading all required documents (General, Technical, Commercial).
- Efficiently handle the preparation and submission of Bank Guarantees such as Bid Security and Performance, while also carefully tracking and retrieving any accompanying DDs and BGs.

**ANALYTICS**
- Generate MIS reports for upcoming and quoted bids.
- Regularly track bid status to determine L1 and L2 price gap, create Win Loss analysis, and engage with clients to close bids.
- Perform competitive analysis by researching available product categories and competitor offerings.

**OEM ENGAGEMENT**
- Conduct comprehensive OEM vendor assessments across multiple categories.
- Handle OEM dashboard, Product Uploads & catalogue management.
- Strong grasp of bid types, quadrants, and other relevant aspects.

**RESELLER MANAGEMENT**
- Engage resellers on behalf of OEM and oversee the complete tendering process for GeM.

**ORDER ENGAGEMENT**
- Manage work delivery between buyer and seller for successful bids and remain accountable until payment is received from the client.

**COMPLIANCE**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Government Notifications and GFR Rules, and ensure compliance to avoid any potential blacklisting or incidents.

**Skill(s) required**:

- GeM Portal Knowledge
- Exposure to any CRM tool
- Ms-Office (Powerpoint, Excel, word)
- Tender Documentation Knowledge
- Effective communication & Analytical Skills

**Professional Qualification**: Graduation in any discipline

**Work Experience**:6+ months of experience
