**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive with WordPress Development Knowledge

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**: Create and manage content for various social media platforms to build brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
- **Content Marketing**: Develop and oversee blog posts, landing pages, and other content to support marketing campaigns and boost SEO performance.
- **SEO & SEM**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and run PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns, website performance, and social media efforts.
- **WordPress Website Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain the company’s WordPress website, including content updates, plugin management, and minor troubleshooting.
- **Conversion Optimization**: Implement and test strategies for website optimization, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other team members to align marketing activities with business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience** in digital marketing with knowledge of WordPress website management.
- **Proficiency in WordPress**, including familiarity with plugins, theme customization, and basic HTML/CSS skills.
- **Strong understanding of SEO** best practices, tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs), and how SEO integrates with content marketing.
- **Experience with social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- **Knowledge of Google Ads** and other PPC advertising platforms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creative mindset** with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is a plus.
