CBitss Technologies is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team for immediate hiring. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your primary duties will include:

- Coordinating schedules and appointments for training sessions, meetings, and events, ensuring that all arrangements are made promptly and accurately.
- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews, completing paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space, including coordinating repairs and liaising with building management when necessary.
- Assisting in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports as required by management.
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including drafting correspondence, preparing expense reports, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role, preferably in a training or education-related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,287.51 per month
