Together with our clients and industry partners, we deliver disruptive work that is changing energy and financial services. **_ #BEYOURSELFATWORK_** Capco has a tolerant, open culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and creativity. **_ CAREER ADVANCEMENT_** - With no forced hierarchy at Capco, everyone has the opportunity to grow as we grow, taking their career into their own hands._ **_ DIVERSITY & INCLUSION_** - We believe that diversity of people and perspective gives us a competitive advantage._ **Experience - 4-10 years** **Location - Sarjapur, Bangalore** **Shift Timings: 6am -3pm/**2pm to 11 pm/ 5.30 pm to 2.30 am** **3 days WFO - Hybrid** **Role Description** **Primary Responsibilities**: - Provide clear direction and vision to QE team members - Ensure all regression and new functionality is tested each release cycle - Identify and fill gaps in existing QE regression test suite and process. - Provide regular status to business and IT stake holders - Gather details about testing priorities and focus - Sit down with team and Identify types of tests to be performed - Prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM) - Execute tests as per plan - Document test results, and log defects for failed cases - Map defects to test cases in RTM - Retest the defect fixes - Track the defects to closure **Desired Experience/ Skills**: Personal Attributes - Good communication skills, including the ability to write clearly. - Able to function effectively as a member of a team. - Proactive with respect to personal and technical development. - Motivational leader in this space with exemplary follow through.
