**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a highly skilled General Maintenance Technician to manage and maintain all aspects of cinema operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the cinema’s facilities and equipment. The role requires expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and various other maintenance tasks critical for cinema functioning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including **step lights**, **automation systems**, and **electric panels**.
- Ensure **earthing** systems are in place and working properly to prevent electrical hazards.
- Manage **volt load balancing**, maintaining proper voltage levels to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Handle **voltage** regulation, particularly **3-phase** electrical systems.
- Conduct routine **plumbing** maintenance and repairs.
- Manage all **wiring** needs, ensuring electrical systems are properly installed and functioning.
- Carry out **carpentry** tasks for minor repairs and adjustments.
- Install and repair **electric socket points**, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine **AC maintenance** to ensure optimal cooling in cinema halls.
- Handle **seat maintenance**, including repairs and adjustments to maintain comfort and safety for guests.

**Skills Required**:

- Expertise in maintaining **step lights** and cinema-specific lighting.
- Proficiency in **automation** systems and equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of **electric panels** and their safe operation.
- Experience in managing **earthing** systems and **volt load balancing**.
- Advanced understanding of **voltage regulation** and **3-phase electrical systems**.
- Skilled in **plumbing** repairs and system maintenance.
- Experience in **wiring** and electrical installations.
- Knowledge of **carpentry** for building repairs and adjustments.
- Strong understanding of **electric socket point** installation and maintenance.
- Experience in **AC maintenance** for ensuring proper temperature control.
- Ability to manage **seat maintenance** for comfort and safety in cinema halls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
