Maintenance Technician for Elevator Company

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN /
SERVICE

1. He must have good knowledge about the lifts and its accessories.
2. Individually must have quick response to tackle and correct the faults on call
backs or on servicing the lifts.
3. Daily maintenance and servicing of elevator, elevator shaft and machine
room.
4. Following safety procedures at site works.
5. Responsible for mechanical trouble shooting in elevator systems.
6. Problem Debugging, solving at real time and co-ordinating with team to
perform reliable service.
7. Responsible for given commitments to safety, and overall maintenance
and technical support handling within given scheduled date.
8. Performs technical inspections and repairs elevator equipment and systems
to ensure conformity with maintenance standards, recommending
adjustments as necessary to preserve equipment integrity or react to
changing operating conditions.
9. Maintains a clean work area and safety protocols at every project site.
10. Prepares timely reports, as may be required, on general system or equipment
problems, replacement parts and equipment performance standards.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- English: 1 year (preferred)
- Schematics: 1 year (preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
