**Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate at our gourmet food retail store, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers, upsell products, and increase the average bill value through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize your knowledge of gourmet foods and products to recommend and upsell items based on customer preferences and needs.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Demonstrate and sample products to customers to drive interest and sales.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and operating the POS system.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
- Background in hospitality or food-related fields is highly desirable.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,386.73 per month
