ROL Agri, established in 1995, is a leading manufacturer in the agricultural sector in India. With a focus on agrochemical products, ROL Agri aims to revolutionize the agricultural industry by enhancing product quality and quantity. In addition to agrochemicals, ROL Agri also operates in pharmaceuticals, Iron & Steel, surfactants, detergents, and fine chemicals. Currently, ROL Agri has over 500 employees and is expanding its product range to include seeds and fertilizers.

Role Description
- Generate sales of agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, etc.)
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
- Plan and execute promotional activities in rural markets
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field visits
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and farmers

**Qualifications**:

- Must belong from Amethi/Raebarelli (mandatory)
- B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory)
- Must have worked in Amethi with proper market knowledge (mandatory)
- Minimum2-3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs
- Strong understanding of rural/agriculture markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory
