Job Description:
We are looking for a Home Sales Officer to join our team at Syncfacto Fiber.
As a Home Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-speed internet services to residential customers across licensed area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Syncfacto Fiber and Air Fiber to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet plans and packages.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position Syncfacto Fiber and Air Fiber in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings.
