- Responsible for researching, generating ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
- Sort out workable ideas by a process of elimination and keep eliminated ideas stored for future reference
- Write fresh content based on research and brainstorming by following instructions provided for each type of document
- Develop engaging content for articles, blogs, case studies using theory of change to engage TA
- Initial research/landscape analysis for new segment/proposals/ideation concept
- Proofread content for errors or additions and ensure that content is written per instructions
- Writing detailed grant Proposals using Theory of change models.
- Develops and maintains a proposal calendar & database
- Manage the proposal submission process to ensure timely submission of all required materials
- Coordinate and follow-ups on the progress of submitted proposals
- Developing relationships & collaborating with Internal Stake holders
- Support the Development of an annual grant’s strategy/pipelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences / Communication)
- Clear understanding of Theory of Change, Content developments,
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in research and grant writing; nonprofit experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to write successful grant proposals
- Detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven
- Clear, precise and compelling writing skills
- Able to effectively communicate
- High proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet Deadlines without exception

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
