**Job Purpose**
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- End to end responsibility of CXX tools which includes assessment of need, identification of use cases, identification of relevant systems & their evaluation, value based optimization of solution and induction of platforms with a view to drive customer experience improvement and service quality optimization
- Provide new products, solutions, initiatives, innovations and build meaningful use cases which produces actionable insight that can address key pain areas of network operations, quality and planning team to deliver best user experience from the network.
- Life cycle management and future proofing of customer experience centric network optimization tools/systems.
- End to end project execution of probe based solutions which includes but not limited to BoQ preparation, PO process, coordinating site survey, traffic acquisition via TAP and mirror, bandwidth provisioning for traffic and XDRs.
**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Expertise in 3GPP standards of wireless communication which includes but not limited to call flows, interfaces and standard protocols.
- Experience in network optimization tools and data/analytics driven network issue resolution.
- Know-how of IT domain: Big data, Platform Architecture, Analytics tools (e.g. BO, Cognos, Tableau etc.)
- Understanding of technology standards and industry best practices related to network optimization, quality and customer experience tools.
- Knowledge and experience in areas of Network Quality & optimization with fair understanding of Network planning and operational norms and practices. This also includes understanding and knowledge on capabilities of OSS and optimization tools.
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
