We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible **Billing Staff** member to manage our sales and purchase billing operations. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and familiarity with basic accounting and billing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales and purchase invoices accurately.
- Maintain billing records and update customer/vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for order processing.
- Support basic accounting and inventory functions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: Higher Secondary or Graduate.
- Proficiency in billing software (Tally, Excel, or similar tools).
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in billing/accounting preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
