**Job Title: Project Executive - Civil, Electrical, Machine Installation and Liaison with MIDC**

**Location: Mangaon, Maharashtra**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction, maintenance, and machine installation projects in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and profitability targets.
- Oversee the selection, procurement, and installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and quality control checks to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including scheduling delays, budget overruns, and technical challenges.
- Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and financial forecasts to senior management and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction, maintenance, and machine installation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications preferred.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
