**Responsibilities**
- Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the services to the parents.
- Advises present or prospective students & Parents by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences students to take admission or retain in the institute by following a prepared script to give institution reference information.
- Maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Identify Client’s needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts and obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.

**Requirements**:

- Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.
- Should be able to work with a team.
- Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Telephone skills.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly resourceful team-player, Smart, Enthusiastic, Passionate for working

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
