**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Soft Skill Trainer** to deliver engaging sessions on communication skills, personality development, workplace etiquette, and professional readiness. This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in training/teaching and are looking to restart their careers after a professional break.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills (verbal & written), public speaking, interpersonal skills, and professional behavior.
- Train students on interview preparation, group discussions, and presentation skills.
- Develop and deliver customized training content, modules, and activities.
- Assess learners’ strengths and areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams to align training with industry needs.
- Motivate and guide learners to boost their confidence and professional outlook.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong command over English (spoken & written) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of training methodologies, role-plays, and interactive learning activities.
- Empathy, patience, and a motivating personality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Certification in soft skills, communication, or training will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field.
