**(JAIPUR BIO FERTILIZERS REQUIRED -SALES OFFICER )**

**JOB LOCATION: NEEMACH, RATLAM, MANDSAUR, REWA AND SATNA (MADHYA PRADESH)**
- Appointing dealers and getting orders from dealers
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with dealers/ distributors/retailers.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Should have minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales.

**(SALES OFFICER) Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, chemistry, science, marketing, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Satna, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Agriculture: 1 year (preferred)
