Summary:
As a Sales Call Executive at Ayu Devices in Mumbai, your role is pivotal in promoting and selling our healthcare products and services over the phone. Your primary focus is to connect with potential customers, cultivate relationships, and effectively articulate the benefits of our offerings. Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is imperative, and you'll employ Zoho CRM to manage customer interactions and sales processes. Prior tele sales experience, particularly in the tech or healthcare sectors, is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound sales calls within the healthcare industry.
Develop an in-depth understanding of Ayu Devices healthcare solutions to effectively communicate their advantages, drawing on your tech or healthcare tele sales background.
Communicate fluently in Hindi, Marathi, and English to accommodate a diverse customer base.
Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain precise records, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
Customize your sales approach to educate customers about Ayu Devices solutions in addressing healthcare needs, emphasizing your tech or healthcare industry expertise.
Achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and quotas through your tele sales experience.
Be ready for occasional in-person product demonstrations, necessitating travel.
Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree minimum.
Proven tele sales experience, preferably in tech or healthcare.
Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
Goal-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical comprehension of healthcare technology, including pertinent terminology and trends.
Willingness to travel for in-person demos.
Adaptable and capable of both independent and team-based work.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role in Mumbai with occasional travel for in-person demos.
Office hours: 9 hours per day, with two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break (9:40 AM - 6:40 PM).
Compensation:
Salary with performance-based incentives.
