**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer Zoho Suite services, including but not limited to: Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Mail.
- Configure and maintain Mac OS devices, including laptops and desktops, ensuring their performance, security, and updates.
- Manage company servers, ensuring their optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring uptime and availability of critical services.
- Provide end-user support, resolving IT issues and addressing user queries.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with IT team, vendors, and other stakeholders to evaluate and implement new solutions that improve the company's IT infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator, with expertise in Zoho Suite and Mac OS administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
