Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
- Create designs that adhere to project specifications, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Perform mechanical and stress analysis to ensure design integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams, to refine designs and meet production needs.
- Troubleshoot design issues, implement revisions, and document changes effectively.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection as required.
- Stay updated on new SolidWorks features, tools, and industry advancements to continuously improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Solid Works (including advanced features like surface modeling, simulation, sheet metal, and weldments).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proficiency in mechanical design principles, materials selection, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with FEA/Simulation tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with other CAD tools or PLM systems is a plus.
- Certification in SolidWorks (CSWP or CSWE) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
