Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and Design:

- P & ID (Process Diagram)
- Plant Layout o Equipment GA Drawing
- As Built Drawings o Equipment Fabrication Drawings
- Detailed Structural Drawings
- Foundation Detailed Drawing
- Plate Cutting Layout Drawings
- Develop detailed mechanical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D models of mechanical components and systems.
- Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes or improvements.
- Technical Support and Documentation:

- Prepare BOM for raw Material
- Piping & Fittings BOM
- Structural steel & accessories BOM
- Turnkey plant Costing and Estimation o Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements.
- Provide technical support and recommendations during the design and drafting process. o Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Preparation datasheet of equipment, Pumps, accessories etc.
- Maintain accurate records of all drafts, revisions, and final drawings.
- Prepare and compile technical documentation and reports as needed.
- Quality Control:

- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
- Conduct field visits to gather measurements and verify design accuracy when required.Collaboration:

- Work closely with the engineering team and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address any design-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Diploma, ITI or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with other CAD software is a plus.
- Skills:

- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
